Aarti Mittal

Director of Project Management

Bringing a wealth of expertise with 15 years in Portfolio Management and an additional 5 years in Real Estate, Aarti serves as the dynamic Director of Project Management. Holding prestigious certifications as a PMP and Scrum Master, Aarti’s forte lies in process creation and management, as well as the proficient handling of initiatives and portfolios. She’s a driving force in training and deployment, ensuring the team operates at peak performance. Aarti finds immense value in the company’s proactive approach to learning from missteps, swiftly steering towards more efficient and viable solutions. The integral culture and the distinctive “IR way” are at the heart of how Aarti envisions growth and operations. Outside of her professional pursuits, Aarti’s zest for life is evident in her love for immersing herself in books, her passion for exploration through travel, and her indulgence in culinary delights – a true foodie, always eager to sample new and exciting flavors.

Chris Wattinger

Director of Construction – Central Region

While his entire construction experience spans over 15 years, Chris has spent the last 5 years focusing on multi-family renovations in which he has overseen 5,000+ unit projects and orchestrated over $100 million in completed renovations. As a Director of Construction at Integrated Renovations, Chris is passionate about people development and mentorship, process oversight, and collaborating closely with the Business Development team for seamless project planning.

For Chris, the heartbeat of the company lies in its people and the nurturing of a thriving culture, where every individual at IR is empowered to grow and excel. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Chris celebrates a strong 9-year marriage and treasures two remarkable children. He takes immense pride in being a 5th generation “Wattinger” in Texas construction history, tracing his legacy back to his great-great-grandfather, a stone mason who contributed to the construction of the Capitol Building in Austin, Texas in 1885. As an alumnus of Texas A&M University, Chris continues to honor his deep-rooted connection to the state.

With 17 years of multifamily and 15 years of single-family construction experience, Josh is a seasoned Account Manager known for his strategic due diligence, seamless project coordination, and mentorship within our tight-knit team. His keen market insights and strategic thinking make him an invaluable asset to clients seeking precision and efficiency in their renovation projects. Beyond his technical expertise, Josh is a dedicated mentor and leader within the IR team. He takes pride in training new hires and team members, nurturing their growth and development, and instilling in them the values of excellence and attention to detail. He holds a Construction Science degree from Texas A&M University and cherishes how IR is like one big family. When not managing projects or enjoying quality time with his wife and two sons, Josh enjoys time out in nature hunting.

Kelly Rasmussen

Director of Construction Applications and Reporting

With a versatile background spanning 6 years in multifamily renovations and 4 years in new development construction, Kelly now stands as the Director of Construction Applications and Reporting at Integrated Renovations. Formerly a Contract Manager, Kelly brings a wealth of experience to her current role, where she oversees critical functions such as Accounts Receivable, Contract Management, and Applications. Her collaboration with the Production Staff ensures seamless processes and enhanced efficiency.

For Kelly, IR is not just a workplace; it’s a nurturing environment for growth. Here, the pursuit of improvement is paramount. The company places immense value on feedback and encourages the exchange of innovative ideas. Outside of the professional realm, Kelly’s world is bustling with the lively presence of her two boys, two cats, one dog, and even a cheerful frog. Her favorite pastime is immersing herself in the world of books, and she confesses to having a green thumb, with a home filled with cherished plants.

Tim Doty

Director of Construction – East Region

With an impressive 17-year tenure in multifamily ground-up projects and renovations, Tim Doty brings a wealth of experience to his role as Director of Construction at Integrated Renovations. Having previously served as Account Manager of Production, he knows the ins and outs of our operations. In his current position, Tim’s main focus is on providing support to his colleagues, ensuring roadblocks are cleared, and meticulously reviewing the financials of every project. For Tim, the most rewarding aspect of being at IR is the opportunity to guide and witness the growth of his coworkers. Outside of work, he wears the hats of a devoted husband and a proud father of two boys and two girls. Tim loves to travel to explore new destinations and as an avid sports enthusiast, Tim enjoys golfing even though he doesn’t feel he is very good at it.

David Malone

Senior Vice President – Global Head of Construction

David Malone is the Senior Vice President of Construction at Integrated Renovations where his responsibilities include developing and managing construction budgets for the successful repositioning of new acquisitions, determining annual asset preservation needs and capital budgets for existing assets, performing disposition inspections of assets, and settling property damage claims.

Prior to joining IR, David served as the Director of Construction at BH Management Services, a private equity owner/operator of 65,000+ multi-family units located across the United States. At BH, he was responsible for a team of 28 employees managing over 75 projects annually totaling over $200mm primarily focused on the repositioning of class B assets. In addition to managing a team of project managers, he was responsible for the general direction of the construction department and developing procedures to efficiently produce on time and on budget projects.

Prior to BH, David was Director of Operations and Director of Construction at United Renovations, a nationwide general contractor focused on multi-family rehab projects including all aspects exterior repairs, extensive interior upgrades and common area remodels throughout the United States. David has been involved in the construction industry for the past 25+ years with a broad range of experience including overseeing the redevelopment of over 40,000 units.
